Foundation and Utility Milestones

The team made solid progress through June. Crews successfully completed key concrete pours, installed essential exterior wall insulation, and put perimeter drainage systems in place. Initial site preparations also included installing a sturdy lock block retaining wall along the property line and adding a precast water oil separator chamber to manage site utilities.

Going Vertical as June Wraps Up

The work is advancing quickly, and right on schedule. As June wraps up, we are managing targeted excavations, laying out structural footprints, and assembling foundation formwork. Deep excavation services are also moving forward to connect core utilities across the property.
