Lance Torgerson
Owner
Lance Torgerson is the owner of Tor Properties and a prominent entrepreneur in Western Canada. His entrepreneurial journey began with the establishment of Noralta Lodge Ltd. in 1997, which became a significant enterprise in the remote lodging sector. Operating real estate assets in northern Alberta, Noralta Lodge boasted 11 lodges offering 7,900 rooms for remote workers. The company was eventually acquired by Civeo Corporation in 2018. In 2015, Lance expanded his portfolio with the acquisition of Vantage Living Inc., a retirement living business providing vibrant senior living accommodations to 594 residents across British Columbia and Alberta. Currently, Lance is focused on expanding a real estate development division. Recently completing a 150,000-square-foot construction project in Kingston, Ontario, he has plans to embark on another 300,000 square feet of construction in 2024. Simultaneously, Lance is overseeing the development of a 31-unit multi-family residential project in Peachland, British Columbia.
Myles Radford
CFO
Myles Radford serves as the CFO of our organization. With extensive experience in both private and public companies, he brings invaluable insights to Tor Properties. Leading the finance team, Myles oversees financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, full-cycle accounting, internal controls, financial reporting, and tax matters. Before joining Tor Properties, Myles held progressive finance positions at Sherritt International, Clean Harbors, and Noralta Lodge. He began his career articling at Deloitte in their audit and assurance group, where he contributed to serving numerous clients. Myles earned his B.Comm. (2005) and B.Sc. (2001) from the University of Alberta and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2008.
David Stone
VP, Construction and Property Management
David Stone is our VP, Construction and Property Management and a seasoned leader renowned for his strategic acumen and effective guidance across a diverse array of fields including Operations, Project Management, and Safety, among others, amassing over 38 years of experience. Notably, he spent 21 years honing his leadership skills within the Canadian Navy, showcasing his adeptness at leading teams in dynamic and time-sensitive environments. His leadership style, marked by initiative, adaptability, and decisiveness, consistently yields punctual and high-quality outcomes, underscored by his commitment to efficiency and precision. David’s holistic approach to problem-solving, coupled with his unwavering pursuit of excellence, has left an enduring impact on the realms of Construction, Maintenance, and Operations.
Zeeshan Choudhry
Controller
Zeeshan Choudhry currently holds the position of Controller within our organization. He is a seasoned financial professional with over 15 years of extensive experience spanning various countries and industries, encompassing property management & Real Estate, oil & gas, health services, construction, sport & entertainment. He started his career straight out of University with his BBA Finance & Accounting with NFL Europe in Amsterdam and later returning to Canada in 2007 and growing into his current role as controller. As controller, he spearheads pivotal initiatives including leading annual audits, implementing new inventory systems, and overseeing the migration of our payroll ERP system to a new platform, while adeptly managing a dynamic team of 4 and ensuring comprehensive financial oversight across multiple entities, including those in the US.
Reichelle Castillo
Staff Accountant
Reichelle Castillo, boasting over a decade of experience in customer service and management, embarks on her new role as a staff accountant in our organization. Her career transition seamlessly merges financial prowess with a customer-centric approach, ensuring unwavering excellence in accounts payable, receivable, and beyond. Thriving on precision and productivity, Reichelle excels in financial reporting and process enhancement. Beyond her numerical endeavours, she is a passionate explorer, drawing inspiration from global adventures, as she believes travel serves as the ultimate catalyst for both personal and professional growth, whether she’s scaling mountains or immersing herself in urban landscapes.

Payroll and Benefit Supervisor
Ana Aiken holds the role of Accounting and Payroll Analyst within our organization. With a career spanning over 10 years, Ana has demonstrated excellence in various accounting and payroll positions, consistently showcasing her expertise and dedication. Throughout her career, Ana has maintained a track record of delivering results and contributing to the organization’s success, highlighting her commitment to excellence and proficiency in payroll & accounting. She embraces new challenges with enthusiasm, eagerly taking on various roles. Collaboration is a driving force behind her passion, particularly within the dynamic team environment at Tor Properties.
Virginia Hincu
Accounting Technician
Virginia Hincu is an experienced professional with over 20 years of specialized experience in accounts payable and receivables, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles. Currently serving at Tor Properties, she derives fulfillment from the multifaceted tasks and responsibilities integral to her role.
